bookworm

i am a self-confessed bibliophile. i love not only collecting books but also reading them. when i do get to my reading, i do not pick just one title, unless it is a very engrossing, hard-to-put-down kind of book. i usually read two or three titles at a given time and i switch back and forth between the titles.

what is a wonder to me now is that, i have a hard time (which is an understatement really) juggling between the several law books that i am required to read. blame it on my short attention span. that or the law books are so terribly bland.

as the first semester of AY 2007-2008 is coming to close, i really ask myself, "what have i learned so far?" and i can honestly answer without faltering, "not much." and i do not blame anyone but myself. so much has happened not only in school but also in the family, and i cannot feign nonchalance or indifference because i am indeed affected.

so much for assessing what has been, i must really get back to reading. i got the intermission i needed, i really must study now for my evidence exam. or else, Dean will be so dismayed. later, i mean much later, i will need a break again. i wonder what i'd do then.
