a week ago, in Practice Court, my professor suddenly announced that come saturday this week, we will have a long exam. roughly translated, i had to cancel my weekend plans of attending my boyfriend's sister's wedding. i have cancelled on the flights that i booked and i even told my boyfriend about it and he in turn relayed the message to his sister.
just last saturday, my dear professor (i don't know if this is senility or Alzheimer's, hehe) announced that this saturday (28th), we won't have classes because he won't be here.
i could only cringe in utter frustration when he said that. i wanted to say, "Judge, unfair lagi ka." but i didn't because i know he will have a ready retort, something like "lazy" or "hardheaded" or worse "pataka lang ka."
hay Judge, sige na nga! i'll let this one pass.
so, i'll be counting months again before i see the ensign.
