annually, the academy where my boyfriend graduated holds an alumni homecoming. for this year, it is going to start tomorrow with the so-called barrio fiesta (i say so-called because i have never been to one yet).
just this morning, my boyfriend persistently teased me by asking me to come to manila so that we could go to the homecoming thing together. the thing is, we don't have the money for airfare, not even for the charges collected by PAL for the mabuhay miles. hay.. if it were not for the fact that he was just teasing me, i would have gone mad.
so there, no exams for the weekend and could have gone to that alumni homecoming, but it's just not gonna happen. not for now, though. as a consolation, there'd be other homecomings.
