every alumni is busy preparing for the upcoming homecoming this 5th of December, every single one of them except me.
hay.. how can i attend the homecoming and in the meantime escape from school? i do not know. i just have to stop thinking about it i guess. the only solace i could give myself is the prospect of visiting baguio this Christmas if all goes as planned. hay..
anyway, i wish that the next time they plan something like this, they should at least hold it at a time when all are more likely free to come. i can only wish that the next time around, i could come because i miss UPB terribly. it is my second home.

silly me, the homecoming buzz that UPB alumni have been excited about is not happening this year but the next year, 2008. this is in celebration of UP's centennial anniversary. by 2008, UP and the other UP units like UPB will celebrate the hundred years within which UP was and still is committed to being the center for excellence as well academic freedom.
i really want to attend. my brother, who also graduated from UPb is already planning his baguio trip next year. i so envy him. i hope i can get away from law school just so i could attend the homecoming. Inang Laya's foto in the UPB website is beckoning me to come home. hay..
