right after my evidence exam, i set up a comfy place where i could watch the acclaimed series so i could for a moment, forget about the reality of law school and just enjoy the series.

i popped the DVD for season 1. by God, i did not prepare for a marathon of the entire season but i finished it in one sitting. i really was that caught up in its humor and the characters of Alan Shore and Denny Crane. words are insufficient to describe at how amused and entertained i was.

next week, since i do not have an exam for the weekend, i intend to move on to the season 2. i've been told that it's a hell of a season. so, i will find out how true that statement is next week.

in the meantime, i still am in a vacation mode. today, i do not have classes since my school recognizes St. Ignatius' Day and at work, i have not been given any assignments yet. but this vacation mode is short-lived since this thursday, i will have an exam in provisional remedies. add to that the pending textbooks i have to read and not to mention the assigned digests for labor relations and not to mention the exams week after week after week without end except for the last sunday of the bar since most students and teachers will fly to manila and serve in the bar operations. as for me, i'll just stay here for that one. i mean, it's just another short-lived vacation. anyway, my boyfriend and i have already made plans for a full-length vacation come summer 2008. haha, i can't wait for that.

so, for now, i'll just get on with the vicious cycle that is known as law school.
