went out on a bookhunting frenzy
after being in the condo for a week with only the TV, DVD player, laptop, some books, a sister who sleeps in the morning and is out at night and a boyfriend who's here most nights when he's not so busy serving his country as company (and the couch too!). i decided to run some errands today. bookhunting was not in my agenda. until, i finished my errands way too early than i expected and the headache-inducing weather made it so punishing to be out and walking. i went from one booksale to another. these are my finds for the day:

wow! shopping!! hehe .. ako pud gabasa nowadays. I think mga 6 books akong nabasa since october. But I'm pretty sure mas daghan ka na nabasa..ikaw pa! hope to see you dianne ;)- jazi
tig 10 pesos lang kasi Jazz kaya naparami. ung simpsons lang ang mahal :) walay lain escape, so medyo daghan2 na jud ko nabasa. at least kayo, may work to keep you preoccupied. hehe, i hope to see you soon too. God bless us!
oh wow. i envy you. i go hunting for books every week but i usually end up buying a couple. ang galing mo naman maghanap. of your finds, i've already read The Corrections, Beloved, and Empire Falls - all three are great reads. :)

i got most of them because they are dirt cheap, as in. the corrections' copy is a hardbound for Php10, how can i not end up buying a lot? hehehe.
