i used to love Criminal law, until Atty. A became my teacher in review

thus, i am in a daze, i just received a text from a classmate that results/grades will be released tonight. whoo... i just hope crim law grades would turn out to be an early christmas gift :)

but i did learn a lot from Atty. A. one thing which struck me does not relate to academics but the legal profession per se. he said, lawyering is such a "sad" (i forgot the adjective he used) profession because you have to wait for someone to be hurt, raped, killed, slapped, humiliated before you can actually earn a living. this is so true.

makes me rethink of my career choice. hehe. i have to give credit to my father for persuading me and even sweet talking me into taking up law. i don't how he does it, but when he talks, he manages to make you feel empowered by the choice he wants you to make. dangerous eh? :)

anyhow, i better get dressed since i know i won't sleep a wink without knowing how i fared in Criminal Law.
