after the laboratory tests earlier today, Yo went to see his pedia. his fever had been on for five straight days and would let up for a second or so but in the next instant, he would be feverish.the pedia then examined his throat. his tonsils are swollen. this should have been, at all cost prevented because this is the foremost symptom of Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD). consideirng his current health condition (he's still has daily dosage of aspirin for 3 months), if his tonsils are still swollen two days from now, Yo would have to be confined and things could get serious. hay..
dear Lord, Yo will be celebrating his 5th birthday on the 27th. we implore and beseech you to protect him from the dangers that his health condition brings. we hope and pray that he will not be brought to the hospital again for confinement. we hope and fervently pray that you will save him from having to be on antibiotics for the rest of his life. we pray dear God that you will grant him good health because he is Your own gift to my family. without him, i know for certain that family ties won't be as strong. dear Lord, please hear our prayers.

How sad. God has His reasons which we cannot sometimes understand at the moment. But I know He wouldn't be called the Savior if Yo would not be saved from all these meds he need to take. I'm sure when he's a little older he'll have more strength to fight off these fevers and he'll be much much better. God bless.
thanks lai. we know God has his reasons. it's just, it's really heartbreaking to see a child lose his kakulitan because he is weak from the meds and the fever. hay.. but God is good and in Him we place our trust.
