law school's CONFLICTS

every year, for a good three days in a row, law school students take a break from all the law books, cases to read and digest, not to mention daily recitations and weekly exams. it is this time of the year when the CONFLICTS (in ordinary parlance, intramurals) is held.

earlier tonight, the Conflicts officially opened with cheerdancing as the first major event. WOW! i just couldn't believe my classmates, so much energy, so much passion and of course, so much effort just so we could redeem our tax grades, hehe. our tax professor who saw the perofrmance was i think, awestruck, considering that he was clapping his hands while shaking his head (i don't know if the head-shaking connotes disbelief or simply the dawn of understanding as he saw for himself why his students, in the past days were constantly absent from class).

tomorrow is jampacked with all sorts of sports events, including shooting. although shooting is not exactly part of the scoring system, since it is merely an exhibition, i still am nervous and pressured considering that i'll be my classmates' representative. i just hope and pray that my aim will be good and that, i can be the precision shooter i once was some eight years ago. hehe.

for now, i need to sleep. we still have to wake up early for the fun run at 4am tomorrow, wherein i am a participant but will most likely run just for the heck of it (kasi nauubusan ako ng hangin).

J-U-N-I-O-R-S!!!! GO GO GO FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!

Good luck to us all and may God be with us and keep an eye on us all. may people be wary enough not to cheat or play unfairly or else...
