7th of February is the date upon which the Chinese New Year falls on our calendars.
2007 has brought me a whole gamut of experiences. some great, some devastating and even heart-wrenching, while some are truly extraordinary.
for the great and truly extraordinary ones, i hope to experience them again in the coming years. the lessons that came with the devastating and heart-wrenching ones are lessons which i intend to keep in the coming years.
in this Year of the Rat (same sign as my year of birth), i hope to be stronger, wiser, more humane and compassionate.
si shi to the past year and WELCOME to the Year of the Rat.
may Buddha inspire us to do better in all our endeavors.
