the article in the link below is a provocative read. it describes the despicable scenario of Philippine society with GMA's regime.

it aptly depicts the people's weariness to battle it out with our inept politicians. this may be the case because, people are worn from having to be ruled by one incompetent leader to another. after the oust of one, another one equally if not more corrupt is installed.

how can the people be blamed for ceasing to believe that there is hope to quell corruption and for politicians to do their sworn duty, i.e. public service and not their own bidding, i.e. vested self-interest in the nation's coffers?
